This was the first painting I tried and it was very enjoyable. The paints were fantastic and most covered with only one coat. The painting isn't as detailed as the photo, but still had enough to make it look good. I liked it so much I immediately ordered 7 more from Paint Plot.

The painting experience is enjoyable, however, simply painting as instructed won’t create the image they use to promote this set. The finished painting is like a blurry, undetailed version of what they market - for example, the hull of the smaller boat appears to have many colours in the marketing image, but the set recommends just one colour for both the hull and shadow. On the whole, a fun experience but they should not use deceptive images to sell the product.

Took me a few weeks, almost gave up half way. I am a complete beginner, hated painting had no idea how to use paint brush, but I made it. Very proud of myself, looks good from a distance. :)

Really enjoyed this for my first paint by numbers experience! Perfect lockdown activity. Agreed that some of the numbers are hard to read but managed to work it out. Will definitely be buying another.
