How it works
The container and canvas are marked with corresponding numbers.
Paint the container number (14) to the corresponding number (14) on the canvas.
Apply all the paint with the corresponding numbers on the canvas until complete
Once all the paint is applied, your painting will be complete.
Setting Up
- Choose a comfortable chair and surroundings, with plenty of space and light.
- A small container of water and a cloth is required to wash and dry paints between colours.
- Make sure your paintbrush is dry before dipping it into the paint pots.
Helpful Tips
- Start with the smallest areas, then work your way up to medium then large.
- Paint the whole of one colour first, don’t stop and start.
- Be sure to let the paint dry between colours to avoid any smudging
- There should be no gaps between colours.
- Take a picture of your blank canvas, it helps with small areas that can be painted over by mistake.

This is a hard one
I've done a few paintings now, medium, hard and advanced groups, but this one was HARD. I started it and eventually put it to the side for many months. The cells in the water section are horizontal and so thin it's near impossible to see the numbers. I did reference the pdf many many times but it got to the point where I just winged it, hoping for the best. The top of the painting is easy as though. A lot of hours went into this one. Paint wise, had plenty!

Beautiful
Took a lot of work. A lot of small spots. Wasn't sure about it as I was painting it but love the end product.

An Estimated Difficulty rating would have been helpful
So, I didn't know that you could request a PDF of the template, but that would have been incredibly helpful. The water was... A Time. I think they need to either recalibrate whatever software that is used to assist in making these, or the humans translating this need to add a default Difficulty meter to the site, cause as my first PBN, this was A Time. I think they could have eased off the detail in the water, and instead put more detail into the moon. Or the debris around the center light, which I thought was pretty cool. The numbers were extremely hard to see in the smaller areas, but the newer PBN I bought has significantly clearer numbers despite the small area size, so I think that has already been addressed in recent paint plots

Beautiful but difficult
I really like this painting, but it was very difficult to do. The bottom water section has lots of areas with no visible numbers, so getting the pdf emailed from paint plot really helped. I would recommend getting this if you're experienced with paint by numbers or very patient!
